Kidoizumi Junmai Daigo is the Kidoizumi's signature product. Kidoizumi's tradition-based craft in making SHUBO. Its thick and sour, full and rich body is favored.

Kidoizumi Junmai Daigo sake has a unique taste that is not found anywhere else. It has a unique taste that can't be found anywhere else. It has a rich acidity derived from lactic acid bacteria and the delicious taste of Yamada Nishiki rice.
◉ The appeal of heated sake
Daigo can be enjoyed at room temperature or slightly chilled, but it tastes best warmed up! It's also delicious warmed or cooled all the way through without losing its balance. Even when heated and cooled, it remains balanced and delicious all the way through. If you can describe the flavor of heated sake, you're an expert!
◉ How to enjoy
Warmed to a lukewarm temperature of 42 degrees Celsius, it is best served lukewarm. This is the best temperature for lukewarm sake.
